About Talent Anarchy
It began as two guys with a burning desire to see big ideas become big change.
That spark started the blaze that is Talent Anarchy.
Talent Anarchy is the dynamic speaking duo of Jason Lauritsen and Joe Gerstandt. A Talent Anarchy keynote is not for the faint of heart. They will provoke, entertain, educate, and inspire you to take action. The story of Talent Anarchy dates back to 1999 when Jason Lauritsen and Joe Gerstandt met through work. The two were fated to be friends and realized quickly that they had much in common. One example was their shared belief that anything, no matter how big, could be changed for the better. In the early days, they started two not-for-profit organizations together to drive change in their community.
Joe and Jason also shared a passion for public speaking, and began speaking together as a team in 2006. They found speaking to be a great platform to promote change. In 2007, they chose the name Talent Anarchy to represent both the style and purpose of their work.
In time, speaking alone wasn’t enough to satisfy Jason and Joe’s desire to drive real change. In 2011, they published their first book, Social Gravity: Harnessing the Natural Laws of Relationships.
