This two-hour executive-level discussion will help your organization clarify what innovation means to your business, where your obstacles are and what to do next. This is a high value, high impact way to provide a catalyst to your innovation efforts.
Step 2: Road Map to Innovation
In this collaborative process, we will first gather and analyze data to gain a deeper understanding of your organization’s aspirations and obstacles relative to innovation. This information is then used to design an on-site planning session with your leadership where we identify the most relevant and high impact strategies to unleash innovation. Finally, you will receive a Road Map document that will summarize the outcomes of the process in the form of an actionable plan.
Step 3: Implementation (i.e. Making it Happen)
This is where the magic happens. When it comes time to take action, there are a variety of ways we can support you. This can range from leadership and employee training to facilitated processes or consulting. Our services are designed to supplement and support your internal capabilities.
